Wyoming Governor Mead has ordered the State of Wyoming flag to be lowered to half-staff in the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Johnson and Sheridan counties from Thursday, June 19, 2014, until sunset on the day of interment in honor of State Senator John Schiffer, who passed away today. Senator Schiffer represented Senate District 22, Johnson and Sheridan counties, in the Wyoming State Senate from 1993-2014.
